Daily writing prompts for the first week of May

Inspire your writing today

being a creative writer is one of the most enjoyable parts of my life it can also be one of the most frustrating, when held tightly in the grip of writing block or even worse doubt over my own ability it seems that even my ideas themselves vanish.

It was in one of these moments that I discovered how useful a writing prompt can be, how just a small idea can spark an unexpected journey, producing surprising results that may be able to stand on their own or hold hidden gems that you the writer can return back to at a later date.

Having had my own success with writing prompts I started writing my own, Story starters, writing themes and picture prompts. All of which I share here in the hopes that they may help inspire others.

Daily writing prompts for the third week of Febuary

Inspire yourself

writing prompts are a great way to exercise the creative side of our brain, and by using them everyday we are sure to be writing fit in no time, below are the daily writing prompts for the third week of February. One of the reasons I am posting them in week long lists, is to give the writer a chance to absorb the ideas before you sit and write your chosen one for the day. I think if we allow our subconscious to dwell on an idea even if its only for a day, it gives it time to grow before we sit and write, making the whole process easier.

keeping it basic and open this week with the story prompts genres, the writing themes and picture prompts, so please take you time and look over them you may find something that appeals to your inner muse
